Trainee deckhands with the official designation “trainee deckhand” are immediately enrolled in the deckhand training program at Edumar, which can be completed after a minimum of 90 sailing days and passing the exam. We mainly provide Filipino crew following this program, but it is also available for Dutch personnel. All crew members have completed a safety training prior to boarding. Deployment is flexible, from short-term relief assignments to longer periods on board.
